This website is operated by My Store. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Store. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
How Your Portrait Is Made
Every portrait is created digitally by our studio from the photo you upload, using AI assisted painting tools, and is checked by a person on our team before it is sent to you as a preview or goes to print. Nothing prints or is finalized until you approve the preview. Revisions are unlimited until you are happy with the result.
Your Photo & Content
You confirm that you have the right to use and share any photo you upload, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights. We use your photo only to create your portrait as described in our Privacy Policy.
Personalized Orders
Because every canvas and digital portrait is made specifically for you, orders cannot be returned once shipped or delivered. If you are not satisfied after unlimited revisions, we will issue a full refund — see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to place an order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
