Shipping & Returns

Canvas orders print at a US print partner once you approve your preview, and ship free anywhere in the US. Delivery takes 5 to 9 business days after approval — the clock starts when you say yes to the preview, not when you place the order, since every canvas is made to order.

Digital downloads have no shipping at all. Your high resolution file is delivered by email within 24 hours of your photo upload, and again once you approve any revisions.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Nothing prints or gets finalized until you approve the preview we email you. Revisions are unlimited — ask for as many changes as you need until the portrait looks right to you.

Because every portrait is personalized to your photo, we don't offer returns once an order ships or a digital file is delivered. Instead, we ask for as many revisions as it takes to get it right during the preview stage. If after unlimited revisions we still cannot make you happy with the result, we will give you a full refund.

If your canvas arrives damaged in transit, contact us with a photo of the damage and we will replace it at no cost.
