Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email, and order details. When you upload a photo for your portrait, we collect that photo and any notes you give us about the subject or the style you want.
How We Use Your Photo
The photo you upload is used only to create your portrait. Our studio uses it to generate your portrait digitally, and a member of our team reviews the result before it is sent to you as a preview or sent to print. We do not use your photo for advertising, and we do not sell your photo or personal information to third parties.
Sharing Your Information
We share information with the service providers we need to run Snapaint: payment processors to accept payment, our US print partner to produce and ship canvas orders, email providers to send your preview and order updates, and analytics providers to understand how our site is used. These providers only receive what they need to do their job.
Data Retention
We keep your order information and uploaded photo for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to support any revisions or reprints you request. You can ask us to delete your photo and order records at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information and photos we hold about you. To exercise this right, contact us using the email below.
